Processing Widgets
IOP L0 to L3 Process IOP data from raw instrument files to calibrated / corrected data within the data structure.  Assumes data file names have been defined with the SIO Log Widget v2 and that the data is in the correct path.

Ben
IOP L3 to L4 Transforms non-flagged L3 data via despike, smoothing and binning.  Also allows for the definition of a surface extrapolation layer. Current.
Works for all L3 data that can be average / extrapolated to the surface.

WS L0 to L3 Process Water Sample data from raw files to calibrated / corrected data within the data structure.  Assumes data file names have been defined with the SIO Log Widget v2 and that the data is in the correct path.

QC Widgets
L3 QC / Flag Flag individual data points  (can select multiple points and multiple sets) that are considered "bad".  These bad points are not used in the final L3 to L4 process. Current Ben
L4 QC / Flag Flag a whole data set(s) as bad based on comparison to other data sets (profiles or spectra).  This is primarily intended to weed out those data that are correct in calibration and all other processing but somehow are just bad! Needs work.  Mainly function for IC data. Ben

Productivity Model Builder

Designed to allow the user to plot, fit and compare PvE curves and quantum yield values. Click link for documentation. Done. some issues remain with the relative spectrum used for the QY values Nigel

SIO_to_ODV

Allows SQL data to be quickly exported to and ODV File. Note: right now some measurements (FRRF, AP/AD, HS6) are deliberatly excludedfrom the option menu. Done. Nigel
Profile Browse Allows for the plotting of multiple profiles at any data level (L2 , L3, L4) Works ok.  Stephane never really finished it. Stephane
Spectral Browse Allows for the plotting of multiple spectra at any data level (L2 , L3, L4). No progress yet. Ben? Mati?
L5 Compare Compare data from any data source by station and depth at the L5 level (L5 is an aggregate of all L4 data that is not flagged for a given station). Current.
Works ok for native data streams, allows depth selection. Soon we will add the ability to create ad hoc data (ie ratios of native data or some other function)
